Cllr Michéal Cholm Mac Giolla Easbuig has informed Donegal radio station Highland Radio that he was approached on Friday 17 April by a family in the Gweedore area of Donegal and told that their mother, who was deceased for a good number of years, had received a bill from Irish Water. He said " the family is very upset and very angry as you would imagine. Here again we have Irish Water sending out bills and not knowing who they are sending them out to. I would be looking for an apology from Irish Water. The whole thing has been a disaster from day one."
